The BMA Scotland member engagement team have provided #BMACareBoxes in many hospitals around Scotland.
These have been placed in areas where it can be hard to get away for break and refuel, refresh, and rehydrate.
The member engagement team will top them up when they can, but we would encourage you to also replace items as you use them or add anything else you would find useful.
